Experteer Overview Join the Rail Systems Alliance on HS2 Track Infrastructure to drive design integration and interface management. You will coordinate across disciplines, ensure technical and contractual coherence, and advance assurance through design, construction, and handover. This role shapes multi-disciplinary interfaces, logistics, and risk management to enable on-time, within-budget delivery. A collaborative, outcomes-driven environment awaits, with a focus on sustainable, railway-system-wide performance. Pay / Benefits * Manage design interfaces across Rail Systems, Civils, Stations, and HS2 stakeholders * Maintain system-level Functional and Architecture Specifications and update ICDs * Coordinate interface resolution with contractors, designers, clients and internal teams * Promote consistency across subsystem deliverables and standardisation of subsystem specifications * Deliver RAM, System Safety, Interoperability, Security, and related management processes * Manage systems integration activities from design through construction * Support management of risks, opportunities, changes, and technical/commercial issues * Attend and contribute to stakeholder meetings in Birmingham and London; chair rail systems and civils integration meetings Tasks * Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) * Chartered IMechE, PWA Institute, INCOSE, CEng ICE or similar is desirable * Experience in major multi-disciplinary rail projects * Demonstrated experience with design integration and interface coordination * Proficient in design coordination, interface management and assurance documentation in railway projects * Knowledge of railway systems, operating requirements, and related regulations (CDM, CSM, RIR) * Positive and collaborative approach; enthusiastic team player * People management skills desirable but not required Key requirements * Competitive salary * Family-friendly policies * Company car/travel allowance * 8% matched pension contributions * Private healthcare * Life assurance
