Agile Coach

Experteer Overview In this role you guide Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software while embedding agile values. You’ll coach cross-functional teams, foster a culture of psychological safety, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. You’ll partner with leadership to shape effective delivery and adopt data-informed change. This position offers the opportunity to influence large-scale programs and build communities of practice that sustain innovation.
