Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and contribute to full lifecycle embedded development for real-world devices. You’ll design and implement robust firmware and collaborate with hardware teams to deliver reliable systems. The position emphasizes hands-on coding, cross-functional problem solving, and impactful product outcomes. A strong background in embedded C and MCU ecosystems enables you to shape scalable, high-quality firmware in a hybrid work environment. Pay / Benefits * Lead full lifecycle embedded development from concept to deployment * Design and implement robust firmware for real-world devices * Collaborate with hardware engineers on MCU/PCB integration * Debug, test, and optimize firmware for reliability and performance * Evaluate and apply appropriate RTOS or bare-metal approaches * Support and mentor junior engineers and peers * Contribute to hardware-software integration and validation plans Tasks * 10+ years in firmware/embedded C development * MCU experience including STM32 and PIC32 * Hands-on Python experience * Knowledge of I2C, SPI, and Serial communication * Familiarity with RTOS and bare-metal programming * Good appreciation for hardware and potential PCB schematics * Embedded Linux knowledge considered beneficial Key requirements * hybrid working * competitive salary * benefits package
