Job description

  • Softwareentwicklung: Entwicklung komplexer, skalierbarer C++ Lösungen sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Qt-Anwendungen.
  • Qualität & CI/CD: Optimierung von CI/CD-Pipelines sowie Automatisierung durch aussagekräftige Unit- und Integrationstests (z. B. mit Catch2).
  • Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Technische Ansprechperson bei komplexen Fragestellungen, Begleitung von Pair-Programming-Sessions und Förderung von Junior- und Mid-Level-Entwicklern.
  • Schnittstellen & Dokumentation: Eigenständige Anforderungsanalyse in Abstimmung mit Anwendern und Schnittstellenpartnern sowie Erstellung präziser Dokumentationen.

Requirements

  • Erfahrung & Tech-Stack: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in moderner C++ Entwicklung (23), Qt sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Git, Visual Studio und CMake (Embedded-Erfahrung von Vorteil).
  • Architektur & Design: Sicherer Umgang mit Software-Design-Pattern und Erfahrung in der Architektur komplexer, verteilter Systeme.
  • Leadership & Teamgeist: Nachweisbare Erfolge in der technischen Führung von Entwicklern sowie Freude am verständlichen Vermitteln komplexer Themen.
  • Kommunikation: Souveränes, offenes und respektvolles Auftreten sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
