Platform Engineer (Kubernetes)

• Lead technical decisions for container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Manage, optimize, and monitor CaaS platform performance, availability, and resources.
• Implement automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions.
• Develop and maintain platform documentation and container best practices.
• Ensure security hardening, compliance, patching, and vulnerability management.
• Provide tier-3 support, troubleshoot critical incidents, and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective measures.

• Scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Years’ experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar CaaS L3 role working with advanced Kubernetes architecture and administration, container orchestration and platform engineering (including Rancher and CI/CD integration), and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & automation using tools such as Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
• Strong professional proficiency in English.
