Systems Engineer

And now… we’d love to have you on board We’re looking for a Systems Engineer to join an innovative, high-profile project based in Madrid, working in a on-site model within a stable, forward-thinking, and collaborative environment. What we’re looking for - Experience: 5 years as a Systems Engineer in defense, aerospace, or other high-criticality environments. - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in systems engineering within defense, aerospace, or high-reliability environments. - Strong understanding of requirements engineering, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), and systems architecture. - Experience with tools such as DOORS, Enterprise Architect, or Cameo Systems Modeler. - Familiarity with embedded systems, firmware/software integration, and communication protocols. - Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. What will you do in this role? - Analyze and define system-level requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the development lifecycle. - Design and document system architectures, interfaces, and integration strategies. - Coordinate and lead system integration activities across hardware, firmware, and software domains. - Develop and maintain technical specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and system design descriptions. - Support verification and validation (V&V) processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting. - Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and clients to ensure technical coherence and delivery milestones. - Participate in risk analysis, trade-off studies, and design reviews. - Ensure compliance with industry

standards (e.g., MIL-STD, DO-178C, DO-254, ISO/IEC). - Contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and tools.
