Requirements

stakeholders in the test environment Qualifications Required Skills Strong knowledge of IP network infrastructure. Advanced Linux expertise. Experience with IP protocols (Radius, Diameter, SIP, SOAP). Cloud technologies: containers, Kubernetes, Docker. Database knowledge (Redis, SQL databases). Experience with software testing methodologies (manual and automated testing). Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Jira, Robot Framework). CI/CD toolchain experience (e.g., Git, Ansible, Cucumber, Flux, Argo). Basic programming skills (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) are an advantage. Experience with AI-supported testing tools is a plus. Strong understanding of requirements and specifications. English proficiency (minimum B2 level). Methodological Competencies Analytical and structured thinking. Detail-oriented and precise working style. Strong skills in defect analysis and documentation. Solid understanding of testing processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Personal Qualifications Strong teamwork and communication skills, especially in international environments. High level of initiative and accountability. Solution-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Flexibility to work night shifts and participate in on-call duties.
