Job description

Experteer Overview As Technology Consultant 2, you help translate requirements into actionable development tasks and contribute to end-to-end SDLC. You’ll facilitate design discussions, implement features, and ensure software quality while maintaining system stability. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable web applications and microservices. Your role blends hands-on coding with problem solving and knowledge sharing to advance project goals. Compensation / Benefits * Document assigned portions of business requirements guided by the methodology * Lead design discussions and capture design decisions for the technical team * Code, integrate new features, and maintain existing applications for stability * Conduct code reviews and manage changes in code repositories * Plan and execute test strategies, analyze outcomes, coordinate bug fixes * Develop user training, documentation, and support frameworks * Assist in resolving production issues and recommend reliability improvements * Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities Tasks * Experience in Java/J2EE technologies * Proven web development experience in a software product setting * Strong Spring framework knowledge (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA, Hibernate) * Hands-on microservices design/build with REST and asynchronous messaging (Kafka) * Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MongoDB preferred) * Knowledge of CI/CD processes * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration * Ability to learn new technologies independently Key requirements * Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance * Disability insurance * Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts * Additional insurance options * 401(k) plan * Paid holidays and PTO
