Job description

  • Betrieb, Administration, Customizing und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des CRM-Systems SAP C4C
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus den Bereichen Vertrieb, Service und Marketing
  • Konfiguration von Schnittstellen und Mitarbeit bei Integrationsprojekten mit SAP S/4HANA
  • Fehleranalyse, Incident- und Problemmanagement sowie Steuerung externer Implementierungspartner

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Application Management oder als Key User im CRM-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP C4C / SAP Sales Cloud sowie Erfahrung in CRM-Prozessen
  • Kenntnisse in Integrationstechnologien wie Webservices, APIs oder Middleware
