SAP SD/LE Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP SD/LE Consultant to support order-to-cash, customer fulfillment, shipping, billing, and logistics operations for a large enterprise organization within the automotive distribution and retail industry. This consultant will lead solution design, configuration, implementation, integration, enhancement, and production-support activities within SAP ECC. The role requires extensive expertise in Sales and Distribution, Logistics Execution, EDI transactions, APIs, and integrations with customer-facing portals and external digital platforms., * Lead SAP SD/LE implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support initiatives.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and scalable SAP solutions.
• Configure and support end-to-end order-to-cash processes, including:
• Customer master data
• Sales orders
• Pricing and condition techniques
• Availability checks
• Credit management
• Delivery processing
• Picking, packing, and shipping
• Transportation and route determination
• Billing, invoicing, returns, and credit processing
• Support integrations between SAP ECC and customer self-service portals, B2B commerce platforms, external ordering systems, and digital applications.
• Design and support REST API and SOAP web-service integrations involving:
• Order creation and order updates
• Customer-data exchange
• Product and pricing synchronization
• Inventory availability
• Shipment tracking
• Billing and invoice information
• Lead EDI implementation and production-support activities.
• Configure and support trading-partner relationships, EDI mappings, partner profiles, output determination, IDocs, and monitoring processes.
• Support EDI standards and transactions using ANSI X12 and EDIFACT.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, middleware teams, developers, portal teams, and external trading partners.
• Develop functional specifications for interfaces, enhancements, reports, conversions, and forms.
• Lead or support unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot order-processing, delivery, billing, pricing, EDI, and interface issues.
• Maintain configuration documentation, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.

• 8+ years of SAP SD consulting experience, including significant SAP LE exposure.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience within SAP ECC.
• Extensive knowledge of end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
• Strong experience with sales orders, pricing, deliveries, shipping, billing, returns, and credit-management processes.
• Experience integrating SAP ECC with customer portals, e-commerce applications, or external ordering platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP web services, IDocs, or enterprise middleware platforms.
• Strong EDI experience, including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, trading-partner setup, mapping, testing, and monitoring.
• Ability to develop clear functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP and integration teams.
• Experience supporting testing, cutover, go-live, and production stabilization.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a remote and globally distributed team.
