OpenShift / Java Developer

We are hiring an OpenShift / Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Red Hat OpenShift/Kubernetes and Java backend development., o Work with OpenShift/Kubernetes resources including Pods, Deployments, Services, Routes, ConfigMaps, and Secrets. o Develop, integrate, and support REST APIs and backend services. o Troubleshoot application and deployment issues across Java and OpenShift environments. o Monitor, debug, and resolve technical issues related to application deployments and runtime environments. o Collaborate with technical leads and team members to deliver reliable and scalable solutions. Important: Years of experience are not the primary focus for this opening. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong, hands-on OpenShift experience. NO DEVOPS PROFILES.

o Strong hands-on experience with Java, preferably Spring Boot. o Strong hands-on experience working with Red Hat OpenShift / Kubernetes. o Experience containerizing Java applications using Docker and deploying them to OpenShift. o Strong understanding of OpenShift concepts including Pods, Deployments, Services, Routes, ConfigMaps, and Secrets. o Strong experience developing and working with REST APIs and backend services. o Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving . o Ability to work closely with development and technical teams to support application deployment and troubleshooting. Day to Day: o Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot backend applications.
