Systems Analyst

• System Implementation and Support : End-to-end implementation of modern system solutions by executing the full SDLC using Agile methodologies, from requirement analysis, configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Interface directly with business owners and subject matter experts to understand objectives and problem statements.
• Requirements Translation: Translate complex business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development and implementation.
• Opportunity Analysis: Analyze and evaluate current IT systems, workflows, and business processes to identify opportunities for automation and enhancements.
• Testing and Validation: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), assessing model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, system implementation, and production system support. Previous experience in software configuration or development is a must, with experience in SQL, Python and AI Automation solutions a plus. • Working knowledge or exposure to some of the following is a must:

• Experience with modern AI platforms such as Looker, IBM Watson, Data Robot, ChatGPT/Copilot, and other AI-driven automation tools used for analytics, documentation, workflow automation, and predictive insights.
• Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understand performance and analytic concepts or tools (i.e., Anaplan, TM1).
• Understand logical and physical data modeling, data warehousing architecture, and concepts.
• Understand databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Redshift, Snowflake
• Understanding of other tools such as: Python, Databricks, n8n, Informatica, Glue, Talend, RPA
• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in systems analysis, with at least 1-2 years specifically focused on AI/ML projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis, and Python/R for data manipulation.
• AI Knowledge: Understanding of AI/ML concepts (Supervised/Unsupervised Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI/LLMs).
• Cloud Platforms: Exposure to cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Cloud AI).
• Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills for bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders., * 3+ years of IT-relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree., 5+ years of IT-relevant work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits : $44.23 - $66.35

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
