Staff Software Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will design, build, test, and maintain scalable software applications within Waystar’s healthcare payments platform. You will collaborate with product, architecture, and cross-functional partners to translate requirements into solid technical plans. You’ll write clean code, participate in reviews, and contribute to reliable automated testing and performance optimization. Your work shapes enterprise-scale solutions with a focus on security, maintainability, and continuous delivery.
