Experteer Overview In this role you drive strategic information, monitoring, evaluation, analytics, and learning across FHI 360 Health Programs. You provide technical leadership, oversee SI/MEL across multiple teams, and advance data systems and learning to meet donor and organizational goals. You will collaborate with field teams, partners, and leadership to ensure high-quality, timely, and actionable data that informs decision-making and program impact. A key focus is shaping SI/MEL frameworks and fostering cross-portfolio coherence and learning. Compensation / Benefits * Provide strategic direction for SI/MEL across the Health Programs portfolio * Develop and refine SI/MEL frameworks, tools, and data systems * Oversee data governance, interoperability, and integration of systems (DHIS2, EMRs, LMIS) * Ensure donor reporting standards and data quality across awards * Offer high-level technical guidance on surveillance and data use for epidemic control and health security * Support proposal development with SI/MEL input and contribute to results frameworks * Build capacity of technical teams and local partners in data management and visualization * Lead a cross-portfolio standardization of SI/MEL approaches and staffing considerations * Manage budgets, staff, and performance across the SI/MEL division * Provide matrixed technical oversight of SI/MEL Directors and align cross-portfolio practices Tasks * Bachelor degree in a related field * 15+ years of project management experience or 12 years with a master’s or 9 years with a PhD * 8+ years of leadership and line management experience * Proven experience leading complex, international programs in NGOs * Strong expertise in strategic information, MEL, surveillance, and data analytics * Excellent English written and oral communication and analytical skills * PMP certification or related project management credentials preferred * Proficiency with data visualization tools (DHIS2, Power BI, Tableau) Key requirements * competitive benefits package * professional development * policies and programs supporting healthy work/life balance
