Dayforce Data Integration Management - Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role, you will support Dayforce integration and data management efforts to improve connectivity, data quality, and HR/payroll operations. You’ll work with project teams and clients to design interfaces, map and transform data, and validate conversions, while contributing to solution design and deployment readiness. Compensation / Benefits * Gather requirements and document interface specifications for Dayforce integrations * Perform data analysis, mapping, transformation, and validation for data conversion and ongoing interfaces * Support development and testing of integrations and data management processes across HR, payroll, and benefits systems * Investigate interface and data issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders * Contribute to project planning, status reporting, and client training to enable deployment and operational readiness * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Build and sustain professional client relationships * Provide clear guidance to team members and project stakeholders Tasks * 4+ years of experience with HCM integrations, interfaces, or data management * 2+ years of experience supporting Dayforce or similar HCM platforms * Experience with APIs, data import/export tools, or middleware for system integrations * Experience with HR/payroll/benefits data structures and processes * Experience with SQL, ETL tools, or data transformation scripting * Experience with data privacy, security, or compliance in enterprise tech environments * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
