Global ERP Sr. Project Manager, Record Thru Report

Compensation / Benefits * Lead planning and execution of large-scale ERP projects and programs * Manage cross-functional dependencies and competing priorities across portfolios * Coordinate with Business Functional Owners, Global Process Owners, and IT teams to ensure SDLC-aligned delivery * Document, report, and escalate project progress, risks, and milestones * Set meeting cadences and maintain transparent communications across workstreams and PMO * Drive a proactive, solution-oriented approach to project challenges Tasks * 15+ years of large-scale global ERP implementation experience * 8+ years in Record Thru Report (Finance) with cross-functional process knowledge * 8+ years in other functional process areas (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, SCM, manufacturing, etc.) * Expert IT end-to-end SDLC knowledge across Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, Scrum * PMP certification * Experience in pharmaceutical industry and business process re-engineering * MS Project, Smartsheet, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint Key requirements *
