Enterprise Architect

Experteer Overview As Enterprise Architect, you translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures for Veeam deployments post-sale. You lead technical design across complex enterprise environments, guiding customers and partners through implementation. You contribute to reference architectures and best-practice frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption and modernization. This role offers impact in digital transformation initiatives and a chance to shape security-forward data and AI solutions at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead technical discovery sessions to assess environments and requirements * Design high-level to detailed solution architectures tailored to customer needs * Create low-level designs, specs, and implementation plans * Develop and maintain reference architectures for standard deployments * Ensure designs meet security, compliance, and scalability standards * Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources with project stakeholders * Provide effort estimates to support planning * Lead hands-on implementation of Veeam solutions (on-prem, cloud, Kasten) and provide technical oversight * Support PoCs, workshops, and architecture validation * Guide partner-driven implementations to align with best practices * Troubleshoot complex technical challenges * Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success for smooth handoff * Engage with customers and partners to drive solution adoption * Contribute to internal best practices, standards, and delivery frameworks * Evaluate emerging technologies (containers, security, hybrid cloud) to enhance architectures Tasks * Extensive IT experience with solution architecture or technical leadership * Deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, DR, and cybersecurity * Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and container security * Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise storage * Experience leading transformation initiatives for large enterprises * Understanding of networking, security, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), IT governance * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Experience in post-sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery * Frequent collaboration with internal teams and partners * Direct engagement with customers to align solutions with business objectives * Ability to travel to support global deployments * AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, CISSP (or equivalent) certifications Key requirements * Unlimited paid time off * 12 paid holidays * Paid parental leave * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) with company matching * Learning and development opportunities
