User Experience Designer - Salesforce Service Cloud

We are seeking a User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team supporting Edward Jones Home Office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UX design, Figma, and usability design and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into simple, user-centered digital experiences. This is a staff augmentation opportunity with a high chance of extension., * Design end-to-end user experiences for digital products that support financial advisors and branch teams.

• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Partner with UX Research to synthesize insights and co-create effective solutions.
• Facilitate discovery, gather and refine requirements, and align designs to business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, Technology, Operations, Service, Change Management, and UX stakeholders.
• Communicate design rationale, present concepts, and incorporate feedback while maintaining a user-centered approach.
• Simplify complex workflows and financial concepts into intuitive experiences.
• Contribute in Agile ceremonies across planning, refinement, design, development, and validation.
• Ensure feasibility, accessibility, and alignment with design systems and UX best practices.
• Build trusted relationships to drive alignment and delivery.
• Leverage modern AI-assisted design and productivity tools to accelerate exploration and collaboration.

• Professional experience designing enterprise or customer-facing digital products as a UX Designer.
• Proficiency with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and component-based design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered process, interaction design, and visual design. Include portfolio in CV submission.
• Communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and deliver with minimal direction.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows and information.
• Experience level: 4+ years.
• Bachelor degree.

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Experience working with enterprise design systems.
• Experience with AI-powered design and development tools.
• UX strategy, service design, and agile digital product experience.
