Senior, Tax Technology Services - Agentic Engineering Platform for GESTC

Experteer Overview In this role you will help build the platform and tooling that underpins an agentic software development lifecycle. You will create integrations and knowledge bases used by engineering teams globally, contributing to a high-visibility platform team. You’ll develop data foundations, AI-powered capabilities, and user interfaces to enable engineers and product managers to work with minimal API exposure. Compensation / Benefits * Build data and knowledge foundations for LLM Wiki and Bedrock knowledge bases * Develop retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agentic workflows, evaluation harnesses, and guardrails * Integrate AWS Kiro, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow to automate artifacts, defects, PR routing, and code updates * Develop production-ready backend services, APIs, lightweight UIs, deployment pipelines, logging, and monitoring * Deliver iterative, well-documented solutions to improve visibility into risks and dependencies across programs Tasks * 3+ years of hands-on Python experience (APIs, tests, automation) * SQL and data preprocessing for structured and unstructured data * Core data science libraries (pandas, NumPy; scikit-learn) with basic visualization (Matplotlib/Seaborn) * LLM and generative AI fundamentals (prompting, embeddings, retrieval, vector databases, guardrails) * Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration framework * AWS services via Boto3 (S3, Lambda, Bedrock, DynamoDB, Agent Core) * API integrations across at least two enterprise platforms (Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence) * Backend deployment practices (FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD, logging, monitoring) * Ability to travel up to 20% * Active accreditations (CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, AWS CSA, CISSP, SAFe, ISTQB, Azure, MCSD, Oracle) preferred Key requirements *
