Salesforce Architect

Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Architect for a Federal Government client, you design, build, and support Salesforce solutions leveraging OmniStudio and Flex Pages. You act as a trusted advisor, translating complex requirements into scalable technical solutions. You’ll shape grants and case management workflows, ensure secure, compliant integrations, and drive adoption with end-user training. This role offers impact across mission-critical programs in a dynamic, cross-functional team. Compensation / Benefits * Develop customized Salesforce solutions focusing on OmniStudio and Flex Pages * Design and implement grants and case management and constituent engagement workflows * Build with Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and LWC tailored to OmniStudio and Flex Pages * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs * Create dynamic layouts, data integrations, and process automation in OmniStudio * Develop and customize Velocity templates for communications * Test, debug, and document OmniStudio/Flex Pages developments and ensure quality * Ensure integration with existing Salesforce environments and stay updated on best practices * Provide end-user training and support, and backlogs grooming with stakeholders * Adhere to Salesforce best practices and maintain code documentation and test classes * Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, HIPAA, HHS security frameworks * Architect data integration and governance strategies, and leverage Salesforce Data Cloud and analytics tools * Enable AI capabilities using Salesforce Einstein/GenAI * Serve as technical lead to federal stakeholders and translate requirements into scalable solutions Tasks * 12+ years of Salesforce architecture and development experience * Strong Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and OmniStudio experience * Experience with Salesforce APIs and Lightning Design System * Ability to solve high-level software and application issues * Proficiency in Salesforce development lifecycle and technical specs * Public Trust clearance eligibility * US citizenship or GC/EAD * Remote work capability * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field preferred Key requirements * virtual health visits * commuter perks * pet insurance * fitness and wellness discounts * tuition assistance * generous 401(k) matching
