Power BI Developer I

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and manage BI solutions that translate data into actionable insights. You will bridge business needs and IT, building dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards to support decision-making. You’ll develop data sources via T-SQL and maintain SSRS-based reporting, ensuring accuracy and performance. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to align systems and analytics with business goals. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and manage BI reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPI scorecards based on business requirements * Gather functional and technical requirements and translate them into reporting tools * Build visual reports and dashboards using Power BI and publish/support them across the company * Understand data structures and ensure reports meet client needs * Develop advanced calculations on data sets and document report logic * Coordinate quality control and data integrity checks * Provide support to ensure availability and performance of reports for internal and external users * Meet deadlines and coordinate resources and meetings; perform other duties as assigned Tasks * TSQL programming proficiency * Power BI with DAX proficiency * Knowledge of data visualization and visual perception * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills * Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude * Excellent verbal and written communication * Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines * Experience with HR and/or Finance data is a plus * Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting models, and statistical software * Experience with BI technologies, specifically Power BI * Knowledge of SQL queries, SSRS and SSIS Key requirements *
