Job description

Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for a large-scale SAP transformation.
Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps.
Assess organizational impacts resulting from SAP Retail system/process changes.
Partner with business stakeholders, SAP teams, project leadership, and technical teams.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the transformation.
Develop and execute communication, training, adoption, and change-readiness plans.
Identify organizational risks, resistance, and adoption challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
Support business process changes associated with SAP Retail implementations or transformations.
Coordinate change activities across multiple business functions and project workstreams.
Track change readiness, adoption, and transformation outcomes.
Provide leadership and guidance to change management teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a major SAP Transformation initiative.

The client has a very specific requirement: the candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP Retail Systems. Simply having worked in the retail industry or for a retail company is not sufficient.

The ideal candidate will combine strong OCM/change management strategy and leadership experience with proven experience supporting SAP Retail Systems / SAP Retail transformation programs., * Strong experience as an OCM Lead / Organizational Change Management Lead.

Proven experience leading OCM activities for SAP transformation programs.
Hands-on / actual SAP Retail Systems experience is REQUIRED.
Strong understanding of SAP Retail business processes and systems.
Experience managing organizational change associated with SAP Retail implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformations.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience developing change strategies, impact assessments, communication plans, training plans, and adoption strategies.
Ability to work effectively with SAP functional/technical teams and business stakeholders.
