Software Engineer IV

Experteer Overview As Software Engineer IV at BlueScope, you will develop enterprise-grade software and lead architectural improvements within your work unit. You’ll work with IT peers to troubleshoot defects and perform formal testing to ensure high-quality solutions. You’ll apply new technologies, mentor others, and communicate complex logic clearly. This role supports the Software Development group in delivering scalable customer-facing applications that align with company standards and strategic goals. You will shape technical direction while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
