The role also includes analyzing current data structures, mapping data to the future-state solution, coordinating imports with the vendor, and defining data flow between the Planview Enterprise Architecture tool and Planview Portfolios.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine solution configurations for the Enterprise Architecture tool and Planview Portfolios, including recommending alternative approaches to reduce complexity.
  • Analyze current-state architecture, data and system structures, map them to the new solution, and coordinate data migration and vendor imports.
  • Create and maintain basic technical artifacts such as data flow diagrams, context diagrams, process documentation, and configuration specifications.
  • Support the team during Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and monthly or quarterly planning sessions.
  • Facilitate requirement reviews, team problem-solving sessions, and cross-functional discussions to drive alignment and delivery.
  • Evaluate configuration quality, reporting, and metrics that provide insight to the overall PV Enterprise Architecture solution.

Requirements

  • Experience using and configuring Planview Architecture Management (formerly known as Planview Troux / True) and/or Planview Portfolios (formerly Enterprise One), with strong emphasis on Enterprise Architecture tool capabilities.
  • Experience configuring and supporting complex enterprise applications and technical platforms.
  • Strong experience gathering, documenting, refining, and managing technical requirements.
  • Broad knowledge of enterprise architecture practices, frameworks, and supporting tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT technologies and architectures, adjacent systems, and data exchanges.
  • Ability to create technical artifacts and communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams, facilitate discussions, influence decisions, and build consensus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of data structures, data management practices, system interaction patterns, interfaces, and migration approaches.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and LEAN methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Portfolio and Project Management practices and systems.
  • Familiarity with AI techniques and requirements for AI prompts and testing., Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum of four years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted.
