Job description

Devops, CI/CD, GitHub Action, Jenkins, Windows, Linux, Monitoring, DNS, Certificates, Git, GitHub, SonarQube, Nexus Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to advocate for development styles, testing principles, software methodologies, and team structures that support Agile software delivery.

  • Guide customers and colleagues through the selection and usage of tools.

  • Understand customer business goals and ensure these are appropriately reflected in delivery models and proposals.

  • Integrate closely with internal practices in infrastructure, development, testing, and application management to promote DevOps principles and culture.

  • Support compliance and information security functions in adopting

Continuous Deployment and Continuous Delivery, prioritizing these over traditional documentation and change control, even in production environments.

  • Proactively review solutions, propose improvements, and provide strategic direction to anticipate client goals.

  • Govern the entire DevOps program and manage associated DevOps metrics.

  • Build scalable architectures that adhere to industry standards for key DevOps performance indicators.

  • Design and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate code testing and deployment.

  • Track software performance, fix errors, troubleshoot systems, and implement preventive measures for smooth workflows.

  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues quickly and deploy new features smoothly.

  • Monitor and create new processes based on performance analysis.

  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency.
