Sr. Portfolio Operations Consultant - Information Security

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive process engineering and continuous improvement across cybersecurity technology portfolios to boost efficiency, reduce risk, and standardize delivery. You will lead cross-functional redesign efforts and establish governance to enable scalable, data-driven decisions. You’ll design automated workflows and analytics to support operational excellence and strategic transformation. This is an opportunity to shape how work is planned, executed, and measured in a large financial services environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead process discovery, analysis, redesign, and optimization to improve efficiency, governance, and risk management. * Facilitate stakeholder workshops, process assessments, root cause analysis, and future-state design sessions. * Develop process documentation, operating procedures, maps, and implementation plans. * Identify control gaps and opportunities, proposing solutions with measurable business value. * Establish performance metrics and governance for continuous improvement and transformation. * Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and streamline workflows. * Design and implement workflow automations, reporting solutions, and tools using Power Automate, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Python, or similar tech. * Translate business requirements into scalable solutions that enhance visibility and data-driven decision-making. * Leverage AI-driven capabilities to increase efficiency and outcomes. Tasks * Strong experience in business process mapping, design, and change management. * Leadership of process redesign initiatives from discovery to implementation. * Experience facilitating workshops, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional improvements. * Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset. * Experience developing workflow automations, reporting, or tech-enabled solutions. * Experience with Power Automate, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau. * Ability to interpret data and translate insights into improvements. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation. * Ability to influence across matrixed organizations and drive adoption of new processes. * Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
