Job description

We’re looking for a Framework Assistant to join the firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract, where they will provide proactive, high-level support to our legal departments, taking ownership of key client frameworks and delivering exceptional service., As a Framework Assistant, you’ll report to the Framework Manager and play a central role in managing allocated frameworks, associated client accounts and service levels. You’ll work closely with the framework team, fee earners, central teams and external clients to ensure that both internal and external client expectations are consistently exceeded.

What you’ll be doing

  • Reviewing Framework Agreements to document client-specific protocols and processes, implementing guidance and training for support teams, and monitoring ongoing compliance.
  • Managing and submitting regular MI reports, coordinating responses across multiple departments, and producing reports to assess service levels and performance against KPIs.
  • Understanding and managing revenue for key clients, supporting the billing process, providing high-level revenue updates (including processing rebates), and supporting the co-ordination of client audits.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and contract documentation, alongside excellent MS Office skills - particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to use initiative, anticipate needs and ensure accuracy across all client communications and deliverables.
  • An effective communicator who can build and sustain strong client relationships, with a collaborative team-player mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent quality and efficiency of service.
