Lead Architect - Managed Services

We’re looking for a senior Lead Architect to join the Account Leadership Team of a large and complex Managed Services environment.

This is a genuine architecture leadership role, responsible for the overall technical direction, governance and architectural integrity of the account.

You’ll act as a trusted technical adviser to senior stakeholders, providing strategic direction across a broad technology landscape and leading a community of Domain Architects and Engineers.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end account architecture across a complex technology estate.
• Provide architectural leadership across Cloud, Infrastructure, Networks, Security, Workplace and other technology domains.
• Define technology roadmaps and future-state architectures.
• Govern technical change and ensure alignment with standards and contractual commitments.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Provide technical direction and leadership across architecture and engineering teams.
• Balance technical, commercial and business requirements within a Managed Services environment.

• Proven experience as a Lead / Account / Enterprise Architect within Managed Services.
• Broad, cross-domain architecture experience rather than a single technology specialism.
• Experience governing large and complex technology estates.
• Strong senior stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Proven technical leadership and influencing capability.
• Commercial awareness and experience working within Managed Services contracts and delivery environments.
