Job description

Develop Real Software: Contribute to front-end and back-end development and work on software that is used in real-world projects.
Implement Features: Take on clearly defined development tasks and features and implement them with support from experienced engineers.
Learn Modern Engineering Practices: Gain hands-on experience with professional software development, including testing, code reviews, APIs, CI/CD, and modern software architectures.

Collaborate with Experienced Engineers: Work closely with software engineers and architects, receive regular feedback, and learn from their experience.
Contribute Your Ideas: Bring your own perspective, ask questions, and actively contribute ideas for improving our products, projects, and development processes.

Requirements

Enrolled Student: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
First Coding Experience: You have gained practical programming experience through university, personal projects, internships, working student positions, or open-source contributions.
Software Development Fundamentals: You understand basic software development concepts and are interested in topics such as APIs, databases, testing, cloud technologies, or CI/CD.
Passion for Coding: You enjoy building software, experimenting with technologies, and continuously improving your technical skills.
Problem-Solving Ability: You approach technical challenges analytically and are motivated to find and understand solutions.
Willingness to Learn: You are curious, open to feedback, and motivated to learn from experienced engineers.
Team Mindset: You enjoy collaborating with others, asking questions, and sharing your own ideas.
Independence: You can take responsibility for clearly defined tasks while knowing when to ask for support.
Communication: You communicate clearly and reliably within the team.
Language Proficiency: Very good German and English skills, written and spoken.
