IT & Sales Controller

For our headquarter in Hechingen we are looking for a: Your mission

• You will oversee the financial management of our national and international IT projects and actively help shape the business management, processes, and reporting structures of our global IT function.
• You will further develop KPIs, financial, and management reports for IT and Sales, prepare forecasts, budgets, and business analyses, and support global management and reporting processes.
• You will act as a business partner for IT, Sales, and Project Management on business-related issues.
• You will contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure meaningful financial reporting.
• You will continuously optimize controlling, reporting, and planning processes and drive automation and digitization initiatives.

• You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience in controlling, ideally within project controlling, IT controlling, or sales controlling.
• You combine strong analytical skills with a structured and business-oriented mindset.
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and advanced skills in Excel as well as experience with BI and reporting tools.
• You are confident communicating in both German and English and enjoy working in an international environment.
• You take ownership of your work, demonstrate initiative, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• You are willing to work on-site and become an integral part of our local team.
