Requirements

Experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, MVC (Model-View-Controller), Blazor, and REST (Representational State Transfer) services, with strong development expertise across the .NET ecosystem for building client applications, web applications, and services.
Experience in database and application integration using SQL Server, including database and application performance tuning, as well as integration of .NET/Blazor applications with Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Experience working with a Government Taxation organization, including business knowledge, technical design, application development, maintenance, and end-user support for complex tax return processing systems.
Experience in cloud and server management, including Microsoft Azure services, Windows Server installation and configuration, IIS administration, and management of X.509 and SSL certificates.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including development of Canvas applications, Power Automate flows, and Custom Connectors.
Experience with collaboration, version control, and DevOps practices, including GitHub for source control and Jira for project management, Agile development, issue tracking, and defect management.
