Job description
- Lead architecture decisions for AWS workloads aligned to well-architected principles
- Define and enforce cloud patterns, landing zones, and guardrails across accounts
- Own architecture review process and cloud service onboarding framework
- Establish and run centralized SRE function supporting all value streams
- Define SRE operating model (Guide * Design * Operate * Improve) lifecycle
- Drive reliability engineering practices: SLOs, SLAs, error budgets
- Design enterprise observability strategy (logs, metrics, traces, alerts)
- Enable proactive detection, alert rationalization, and auto-remediation
- Strong expertise in Terraform (module design, standardization)
- Deep hands-on with EKS / Kubernetes operations & architecture
- Incident management, RCA, reliability engineering practices
- Experience with pipeline build + deployment troubleshooting
Requirements
- Understanding of GitHub / Jenkins / Harness Pipeline models
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Ability to manage CXO / Cloud Business Office / App teams / Platform teams
- Drive alignment across multiple value streams
