Requirements

5+ years of advanced professional Python development
1.5+ years of hands-on production GenAI / LLM application development
Experience building domain-specific agents and agentic workflows
Experience developing natural-language-to-structured JSON payload pipelines
Strong experience with structured output enforcement and JSON schema validation
Experience implementing retry, repair, validation, and error-handling strategies for LLM outputs
Experience designing RAG and semantic search solutions
Experience with entity resolution, fuzzy matching, confidence thresholds, and disambiguation
Experience building FastAPI-based microservices
Experience with asynchronous Python and parallel API/LLM calls
Experience developing evaluation harnesses, test sets, and regression frameworks
Experience with metadata/catalog services and entitlement-aware data access
Experience collaborating with platform, data, service, and product teams
Strong experience with code reviews, design discussions, and production readiness reviews
Excellent technical documentation skills including Confluence, ADRs, sequence diagrams, and flow diagrams
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
