Solution Architect

Working closely with cross-functional engineering, product, and delivery teams, you will take high level strategy and enterprise blueprints and translate them into robust, scalable, and secure technical solution architectures. You will own the creation of high level architectures (HLDs), establish technology patterns, and govern the detailed solution designs built by delivery teams., * Solution Architecture & Design: Design end to end target reference architectures and high level designs across cloud environments, ensuring solutions are scalable, flexible, secure, and maintainable.

• Data & Cloud Specialism: Architect data platform integrations and analytics pipelines using Azure ecosystem tools and Databricks.
• Technical Leadership & Governance: Provide technical direction to engineering teams, oversee detailed solution designs, and lead technical decisions to manage architectural and technical debt effectively.
• Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align product-level solutions with enterprise blueprints, data strategies, and global standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into actionable architecture, working alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Delivery Leads in an Agile environment.
• Architecture Practice: Actively participate in the global architecture community, contributing to internal standards, patterns, and design authority governance.

• Proven Solution Architecture Experience: Demonstrable experience acting as a Solution Architect, delivering scalable cloud and data solutions in an enterprise or Matrix environment.
• Azure & Databricks Expertise: Strong practical knowledge of the Azure cloud platform (eg, Azure Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Synapse/Azure SQL) and Databricks for data processing and analytics platform builds.
• Data Architecture Concepts: Understanding of modern data architecture, integration patterns, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modelling concepts.
• Agile & SDLC: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, modern CI/CD processes, and modern DevOps practices (eg, Azure DevOps).
• Communication & Governance: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to articulate technical architecture choices to non-technical business partners.

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Big Data ingestion engines, ML pipelines, or modern analytics reporting tools (eg, Power BI).
• Exposure to enterprise architecture governance frameworks or design authorities.
