LIVE - HU-Jr QA Tester

• Perform complete regression tests of new and existing systems (legacy and vendor) functions on software when new or modified functions are introduced - Basic/Routine

• Core Skill Requirements (Non Negotiables) Strong fundamentals in manual software testing Ability to: Read user stories Create test cases (this is critical) Execute and document tests Actual system/domain knowledge can be learned on the job. Testing experience and fundamentals matter more than specific tools. Tools & Methodology Azure DevOps (ADO) experience preferred Jira is no longer used Experience with: Test case creation Test execution Defect documentation Familiarity with testing metrics, reporting, or dashboards is a plus Team recently created dashboards in ADO ALM / UFT experience Automation & AI Automation experience is a plus, but: Team is primarily manual testing AI exposure is also a plus, but: AI currently helps more with quality review, not actual test automation Fundamentals still matter most

• Domain Experience Banking / financial services experience is strongly preferred Candidates with prior testing experience in regulated environments will ramp faster.

• Knowledge of current technologies like HPE Unified Functional Testing software, HP ALM, JIRA

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.
