Network System Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Network System Administrator to support a company focused on providing secure and reliable IT infrastructure services for mission-critical government operations. This position is on-site at Fort Rucker, AL. The Network System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing enterprise network and server environments while ensuring infrastructure availability and operational effectiveness. • Administer and maintain enterprise network and server environments on a daily basis.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain system software, applications, and infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues and implement effective solutions to maintain operational availability.
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, hardware installations, and application deployments.

• 4+ years of experience in network administration, network management, systems administration, or a related technical field.
• Experience supporting enterprise network and server infrastructure in secure operational environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification required, including Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security, GSEC, GICSP, CND, or SSCP.

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 depending on experience
• Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Sick Leave as required by law, + $80,000-90,000 per year
