Job description
We are seeking an experienced ADMS Program Test Lead to drive quality assurance, testing strategy, and testing enablement for a large-scale ADMS implementation. This role will partner with program leadership, development teams, and testing stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-quality delivery through best-in-class testing, automation, performance engineering, and quality practices., * Lead end-to-end testing activities for the ADMS program, ensuring quality, reliability, and successful deployment.
- Develop and maintain the overall testing strategy, including test planning, environment readiness, governance, and reporting.
- Drive testing best practices across functional, integration, automation, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Partner with developers, product owners, and program leaders to improve testability, automation coverage, performance, and service virtualization
- Oversee testing resources, workstream execution, defect management, and testing metrics
- Mentor testing teams and promote enterprise testing standards, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with environment, release, and defect management teams to support successful testing cycles and releases.
Requirements
- 15+ years of QA/Test Leadership experience.
- 10+ years of utility industry experience, including ADMS, OMS, DMS, and SCADA testing leadership
- Proven experience leading large-scale system integration testing programs.
- Strong expertise in test automation, performance testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience with testing tools such as Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, TestComplete, NeoLoad, and/or JMeter.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Emerson ADMS solutions.
- Familiarity with GitLab CI and modern DevOps practices
Work Environment
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility to support project demands and occasional extended hours during critical delivery periods.
