This role requires deep proficiency in Java, JavaScript, RESTful services, encryption technologies, AWS, and modern development methodologies. The developer will operate independently while collaborating across project teams to design, build, implement, and troubleshoot software solutions. The position demands strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced Agile setting while ensuring high-quality results and adherence to best practices.

• BS in Computer Science or related discipline (or 8+ years equivalent experience)
• 8+ years software development experience with Java and JavaScript
• 8+ years experience with modern development practices, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies
• Strong interpersonal communication with ability to build rapport with clients and team members

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with building encryption libraries and key management services
• Ability to establish and enforce best practices for software design and implementation
• Experience contributing to project planning, documentation, testing, and quality assurance
• Experience with encryption concepts and key management
• 5+ years REST API experience
• AWS development experience
• Experience with Spring framework
• Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and performance evaluation capabilities
• Ability to work within matrixed teams and collaborate with virtual teams
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership across project components
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and responding to evolving requirements

Additional Desired Skills or Familiarization: An experienced consulting professional with broad understanding of solution design, industry best practices, and multi-domain technology implementation. Operates independently to deliver quality work products and applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to customer engagements. Demonstrates the ability to provide functional and technical expertise and to consult effectively with customer management teams.
