Requirements

  • 8-10 years SME-level experience in Windows, VMware, and Active Directory.
  • Troubleshoot and administer Windows servers, VMware ESX, and vSphere virtualization.
  • Manage Active Directory (ADFS Level 2), GPOs, Windows Clustering, and DNS.
  • Automate workflows using PowerShell and related scripting tools.
  • Deploy customized VMware solutions, security patches, and OS upgrades.
  • Optimize system performance, storage architecture, and network integration.
  • Execute mission-critical migrations (NAS, Cohesity, NetApp) with zero downtime.
  • Administer storage switches (Brocade, Cisco) and disaster recovery processes.
