Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring .NET development teams
  • Strong experience designing scalable microservices architectures
  • Hands-on experience with both front-end and back-end development

  • Strong experience with relational database design, performance tuning, and optimization
  • Experience implementing enterprise CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Experience with code quality, security scanning, code coverage, and remediation
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience driving technical decisions and architecture best practices

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
