This role works closely with supply chain, planning, operations, and quality teams to support customer needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong service levels. • Handle order entry, order maintenance, and open order tracking.
• Review customer forecasts and demand plans to support production and inventory planning.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively communicate potential delays or supply issues.
• Lead customer update meetings and coordinate issue resolution.
• Analyze order, forecast, and fulfillment data to identify trends and risks.
• Support new product launches and customer onboarding efforts.
• Prepare reports on account performance, service levels, and forecast accuracy.

• Customer account management and relationship building
• Order management and customer service experience
• Forecasting, demand planning, or SIOP/S&OP exposure
• Supply chain, logistics, or operations knowledge
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer accounts
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
• Data analysis and reporting skills (Power BI a plus)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally with planning, operations, quality, and supply chain teams, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, operations, account management, or a related field
• Manufacturing or medical device industry experience preferred
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred), Excel, and Power BI is a plus

The role is based in an office environment and will initially require full-time presence for the first 6 months for training with other Supply Chain Coordinators. After training, the position may transition to a hybrid or fully remote setup. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The dress code is business casual. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
