Job description

Our client is on the hunt for an exceptional individual to take the helm of their Hardware Engineering department, working full-time (36-40 hours per week). If you’re poised to manage and enhance engineering operations on an international scale, we invite you to consider this opportunity.

As the International Manager of Hardware Engineering, you’ll be at the forefront of the engineering team, steering daily operations while overseeing project planning, execution, outsourcing, financial oversight, and ensuring top-notch quality.

  • Leading the engineering teams across multiple locations;
  • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
  • Tackling complex technical challenges and providing guidance;
  • Coordinating with Supply Chain Management to align on progress and material selections;
  • Implementing and monitoring efficient work processes;
  • Keeping abreast of market innovations and steering R&D, standardization, and enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

  • A track record of leadership in an Engineering department;
  • Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and dedicated mindset;
  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, and English communication;
  • Familiarity with E-plan is beneficial.
