• Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of IBM Maximo EAM solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Configure and support relevant Maximo modules based on business requirements.
• Conduct functional workshops and collaborate with business users to define effective processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical and integration teams.
• Support Maximo implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform functional troubleshooting and provide post-implementation support to users.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations between Maximo and other enterprise systems.
• Participate in Unified Functional Testing (UFT) and support defect identification and resolution.
• Contribute to business process management and change management activities.
• Recommend process improvements and Maximo best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Support data migration and cloud migration activities where required., * Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective Maximo functional solutions.
• Conduct workshops and communicate clearly with business users and technical stakeholders.
• Understand existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Configure Maximo functionality in alignment with operational and business requirements.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide practical solutions during implementation and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and system changes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and support change management activities.
• Plan and execute functional testing activities and support issue resolution.
• Understand the impact of system changes on business processes and end users.
• Apply industry best practices to improve Maximo EAM processes and solution adoption.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities and project requirements.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IBM Maximo Functional Consulting is required.
• Strong functional knowledge of IBM Maximo EAM modules, processes, and capabilities.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle Maximo EAM implementation or upgrade.
• Hands-on experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience in Maximo functional configuration and supporting business process improvements.
• Good understanding of Enterprise Asset Management processes and workflows.
• Experience with functional testing, including Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
• Exposure to Change Management and Business Process Management (BPM) activities.
• Understanding of Maximo integration requirements with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with data migration and cloud migration processes is an added advantage.
• Experience in industries such as utilities, energy, or manufacturing is beneficial.
• IBM Maximo EAM certification, ITIL, or Asset Management certifications are advantageous.
