Ux/Ui Designer

We are an international creative and tech agency based in Barcelona, specialised in web and app design, branding, and digital strategy.We are looking for a Senior Designer (UI/UX & Branding) to take a key role on the creative side - shaping design direction, delivering high-quality interfaces, and working closely with our Creative Director on ambitious projects for international clients.This is not a production-only role.We are looking for a designer who enjoys thinking, proposing, and improving design solutions - not just executing briefs.To be considered for this position, share your portfolio along with your CV.ResponsibilitiesWEB DESIGNDesign stunning, interactive and functional websites based on client needsImplement UX/UI best practices and collaborate with the development teamResearch design trends and ensure final designs align with client briefs and brand guidelinesBRANDINGDevelop branding assets including logos, brand guidelines, packaging and branded materials for merchandiseCreate graphic materials for marketing campaigns, such as Google display banners, social media visuals, newsletters, and promotional materialsWORKFLOWAbility to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.Collaboration with the Creative DirectorWork with the project manager to ensure scope, timelines, and quality expectations are metRequirementsAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative SuiteMin 4-5 years of experience designing websites/apps with a strong focus on UX/UISolid knowledge of WebFlow designFamiliarity with Figma for design and prototypeStrong understanding of UX principles, including wireframes, user flows, and user journeysSolid skills in typography, visual composition, and colorKnowledge of Motion and 3D is a plus (e.G.
