Airbus - Erp Functional Expert For Customer Services

Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a ERP Functional Expert for Customer Services to reinforce its internal SAP team, based in* Spain (Getafe or Seville). You will join an international group of around 65 SAP Functional Experts with around 11 SAP SD/CS Experts located in the four core countries. This position contributes to the service/project delivery by the *ERP Competence & Delivery Center covering all our AD ERP platforms, with special focus on the Spanish national system and divisional system. Inside the scope of this functional domain you will have to manage projects, enhancements and also support and bug fixing on Order-to-Cash and Customer Services processes. Your challenges: * Provide support on the SAP systems of AD (including new solution S4 hana), implement enhancements & projects on this system taking into account the guidelines of Airbus Defence & Space *to manage them. * SAP Standard mindset. * *Integrate the SAP OTC/CS team with an open mindset to ensure an excellent team work inside the DIGITAL organization and with the business (key) users. * Support the team in all the new requirements they have coming from the key users. Understand their needs and propose solutions to their issues/requirements. * Proven functional skills in ERP SD/CS/PM * Create *the functional design and support the ERP developer at functional level to develop/modify the ABAP code to be adjusted to the new requirements. *Your boarding pass: * This position requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in the SAP SD/CS/Services domain * The candidate has to be fully customer and delivery oriented. * English on negotiation level. * Self-organized and ability to organize a workpackage. * This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth. * This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities. * WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE? * * At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
