Senior AI Platform Operations EngineerLocation: Remote / EuropeYour expertise:5+ years of experience in IT operations, SaaS administration, or developer experience/enablement rolesStrong experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms at scale (identity management, access controls, license management, governance)Hands-on experience with SSO / SAML / SCIM configuration and enterprise identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, or similar)Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for building automations, integrations, and operational toolingExperience with API integrations, webhook configurations, and workflow automation platformsDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Security, Legal, Finance, and Engineering stakeholdersStrong analytical skills with experience producing adoption metrics, utilization reports, and cost optimization recommendationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and produce clear documentationWill definitely be a plus:Direct experience administering AI / LLM platforms (OpenAI ChatGPT Enterprise, Anthropic Claude Enterprise, or similar)Experience with AI agent architectures, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or similar tool-use frameworksBackground in vendor management, contract renewals, and SaaS spend optimizationExperience building internal enablement or developer advocacy programsFamiliarity with automation platforms such as Workato, Zapier, or n8nExperience with enterprise governance frameworks, audit logging, and complianceUnderstanding of AI safety, data privacy, and responsible AI practices in enterprise contextsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldYou will be involved into:Manage day-to-day administration of enterprise AI platforms, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, license allocation, workspace configuration, permission management, and access reviewsConfigure and maintain SSO / SAML and SCIM integrations to automate identity lifecycle management across AI platformsMonitor and report on platform adoption, utilization, and ROI by producing monthly dashboards, quarterly executive summaries, and platform health metricsEvaluate new platform features and capabilities (including new models, agents, MCP servers, connectors, and integrations) and recommend rollout strategies in partnership with Security and LegalServe as the primary point of contact for AI platform support by managing Slack channels, answering user questions, escalating vendor issues, curating FAQs, and supporting employee onboardingDevelop and deliver enablement programs, including feature release communications, best practice documentation, tool comparison guides, office hours, and product demosPartner with Finance and Procurement on vendor management, contract renewals, license optimization, cost allocation by team/project, and SaaS consolidation analysisBuild scripts, automations, and integrations using Python or TypeScript to improve operational efficiency across platform provisioning, reporting, and governance workflows.Establish and enforce governance policies covering acceptable use, data classification, audit logging, and compliance controls for enterprise AI platform usageTrack industry trends, competitor capabilities, and emerging AI platforms to inform enterprise AI strategy and investment decisionsApplication Security, Cybersecurity, OWASP, SAST, DAST, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git, Python, Linux, Docker, Cloud Security, AWS, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing
Requirements
