This role isresponsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality security consultancyservices to clients across a range of sectors, helping organisationsunderstand, manage, and reduce cyber risk. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of concurrentsecurity engagements, provide trusted advisory services, support businessdevelopment activities, and mentor junior consultants. They will possess astrong understanding of cyber security frameworks, governance, risk management,compliance requirements, and technical security principles, as well as strongleadership, organisational and project management skills. Key Responsibilities Client Delivery Management Leadand manage the delivery of cyber security consulting engagements forclients of varying sizes and sectors. Managea team of consultants delivering cyber security maturity assessments, gapanalyses, and risk assessments. Managethe delivery of security strategy, governance, risk, and complianceprojects. Adviseclients on security best practices, emerging threats, and regulatoryrequirements. Developand present security roadmaps and improvement plans. Supportclients in achieving certifications and compliance objectives, including: ISO27001 Cyber Essentials and CyberEssentials Plus NISTCybersecurity Framework CISControls GDPRand Data Protection requirements DORAand other sector-specific regulations where applicable Reviewclient-ready security policies, standards, and procedures developed byjunior team members. Facilitateworkshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive briefings. Assurethe quality of reports, recommendations, and client deliverables. Technical and Risk Advisory Managesecurity reviews of infrastructure, cloud environments, and businessprocesses. Provideguidance on security architecture and secure design principles. Supportvulnerability management and remediation planning activities. Reviewthird-party supplier security controls and risks. Contributeto incident response preparedness and cyber resilience programmes. Assistclients in understanding and prioritising cyber risks. Business Development Supportpre-sales activities including discovery workshops and clientpresentations. Manageproposals, statements of work, and tender responses. Identifyopportunities for additional services and client engagement. Buildtrusted relationships with clients and stakeholders. Leadership and Team Contribution Mentorand support junior consultants. Contributeto the development of consulting methodologies, templates, and serviceofferings. Shareknowledge and best practices across the wider cyber security team. Supportrecruitment, onboarding, and capability development initiatives whererequired. Requirements Minimum6 years’ experience in cyber security consulting, advisory, risk, governance ina professional services firm, with at least 1 year as a team manager. Strongunderstanding of information security principles and risk managementmethodologies. Experiencemanaging the delivery of security consultancy projects directly to clients. Knowledgeof cyber security frameworks and standards including: ISO27001 NIST CSF CIS Controls Experiencemanaging client risk assessments and security maturity reviews. Strongstakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. Abilityto communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technicalaudiences. Experiencereviewing and providing quality assurance for professional reports andpresenting recommendations to senior management. Strongleadership, project management and organisational skills. Experienceworking within regulated
