As our presence grows overseas, so does our need for new ambitious team players to help us advance our place in the Universe and beyond.ResponsibilitiesWorking as part of a multi-disciplinary team of engineers developing satellite telecommunication payloads for a variety of orbits and missionsFlow down of sub system requirements to the FPGAsFPGA Verification for high reliability / space systemsArchitecture, design and implementation of complex designs with Microchip FPGAs for Space applicationsDevelopment of IP blocks for AMD

SoCsRequired Skills and Qualifications10+ years’ experience in an FPGA engineering role, in the Space or an equivalent High Reliability sectorGood understanding of FPGA technology for SpaceExperience with VHDL and System VerliogExperience FPGA design tools including Vivado, Modelsim and LiberoUnderstanding of digital communications and DSPLeading complex FPGA projectsSpecialist knowledge in any of the following areas would be advantageous:High reliability design and analysis (Space, Military, Automotive, etc)Knowledge of LEO/GEO communications payloadsSignal integrity analysisWe’re a dream team of purpose-driven, collaborative and passionate people, and we are constantly looking for others to join #TeamMDA to ignite new and innovative approaches to problem-solving that push us forward to improve life on and above Earth.
