Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular.
  • Build and enhance front-end modules for Airline Operations Platform applications.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.

  • UX UI Design, We are hiring an experienced Angular Developer for our Airline Operations Platform in London, UK, with a hybrid onsite schedule of 2-3 days per week. This is a permanent position where you will help us build modern, scalable, high-performance user interfaces that support airline operational processes and integrate with multiple backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment focused on airline operations.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of Angular development experience.
  • Strong experience in Angular, TypeScript, API integration, and enterprise application development.
  • Hands-on experience with Airline Operations Platform (AOP) solutions.
  • Travel or airline domain experience is mandatory.
  • Strong expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
  • Experience with RxJS, Angular Material, and NgRx.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
  • Experience with Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
  • Understanding of flight operations, airport operations, crew management, flight scheduling, flight planning, disruption management, resource management, and OCC workflows.
  • Experience integrating airline systems with internal and third-party applications.
  • Preferred: knowledge of microservices architecture and backend integrations.
  • Preferred: exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Preferred: experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
