Staff Engineer Backend & Saas Integration Martech H/F

Within the digital division, the team designs and evolves strategic software architectures to support the group’s global growth. Composed of passionate experts (Tech Leads, Software Engineers, Architects), the team aims to modernize the information system, streamline back-office operations, and integrate high-performing, secure SaaS solutions. This role will directly impact the operational robustness of tools and the value delivered to millions of sports lovers and teammates worldwide.

Profile analysis starts from September 1st Interviews during weeks 36 & 37 Starting date: end of September / beginning of October

Missions

• Define, design, and ensure the technical architecture of back-office solutions and complex SaaS integrations at scale.
• Guide and upskill engineering teams on software engineering best practices, code quality, and security standards.
• Drive the seamless integration of strategic SaaS solutions into the IT ecosystem, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and high availability.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Software Engineers to translate business challenges into ambitious technical roadmaps.
